Hotel is located quite near to subway/ trains. Can take a train directly from Narita to Daimon station then walk to hotel, very convenient. Hotel is near JR, Asakusa and Oedo Line so there's connectivity to anywhere. There are at least 4 convenience stores surrounding the hotel. 7E/ Family mart within walking distance. great for late night snack runs! Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by few restaurants and bakeries as well. Won't go hungry at all. Room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards..28sqm. Largest I could find for a non-five star hotel. I liked they provided a firm and soft pillow together. Hotel staff took note of all my requests that I inquired prior to the stay. They prepared irons and adapter that I asked, even though I don't really need them anymore but they are attentive that way. Front staff has reasonable amount of English so communication is not difficult. I know they are very strict with the check in time but they allowed me to check in half an hour earlier, I was so tired due to early arrival so that is great!

Location for us was everything as we needed to be able to maximise our time in Tokyo. If you understand the train and subway system well, then you have so many places to access. Tokyo Tower, the new Borderless and the Art Gallery, one of the main temples and then you are short train or subway rides away from everything else and you are only 15 minutes away from Disneyland! Too easy! At our stay, we were there during New Years and the staff offered free samples of their traditional New Year's food and drink and gave us fortune papers. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and gave us easy directions to places we needed to get to. They were happy to help at any moment. The beds were very comfortable and the position of the hotel was in a street that was quiet at night. We also were lucky enough to be placed near good restaurants and convenience stores. A perfect start to our trip in Japan! Thank you Hotel MyStays Premier Staff.

The staff at the front desk were excellent and helpful even though we sometimes had odd concerns. They had good information sheets on, for example, places to eat in the area broken down by types of food and style of restaurant. The hotel is convenient to so many places to eat and there are convenience stores and groceries all over as well. They were happy to store our luggage until check in and in other places we stayed they didn't really have the space or the wherewithal to handle luggage storage. The rooms were spacious by business hotel standards and they would clean every day if you wanted. The bathroom was large, especially for Japan, and it was well supplied. Did not try the breakfast but many guests did. It looked good. This is a real hotel, safety boxes in the rooms as well. .

It was in a great area close to many train stations that connected to lines that could get you anywhere in Tokyo. It was a quiet clean business district but had great food nearby and karaoke! The hotel room was comfortable and staff were so helpful and friendly. The only thing not at the hotel was laundry but there was a place quite close and honestly it’s kinda nice to do it there because many more washers/dryers than there normally is in a hotel so we could do it in one go. They accepted our luggage a week ahead for free which really was helpful! Will definitely stay here again in the future. Oh and it’s really close to the airport so when you have to go home it’s that much closer so you can stay that much longer in Japan.

The room was a good size and we had a lovely large couch and table, lovely large bed on a platform, which was interesting. A lot of options at breakfast - in fact was more like dinner! Very conveniently situated with only a short walk to the Monorail where there was a lift to the platform - so no carrying suitcases up stairs! Also many different metro lines, depending on which direction one went from the hotel . A number of restaurants nearby. Also walking distance to 'the sea' and the the lovely park (although difficult to get to because of big roads and railway lines - discovered you need to walk north and cross to the park via Shidome metro area to get to park) See photos of park - about 20-30 mins walk away.
